I lost 10 pounds with the 7 day detox. I’m currently on the other 7 days on day 10 and have not lost any more weight yet but I am still very satisfied so far. I’ve noticed a huge difference in my stomach feeling bloated and being able to control my cravings a lot better. This has motivated me more to continue healthy eating habits after the full detox is over with. I also would recommend the detox snack recipe book. I will be trying the soup detox next month and excited for that.
Great plan, lots of variety to choose from. Really helping me to stay focused on my detox as i look forward to trying the different snacks. So far tried 11 different recipes and they’ve all been bomb 💣highly recommended
I loved the week 1 recipes but the week 2 ones are even better imo! Especially day 8 omg😋 definitely recommend! Down 14lbs so far on day 10 🙌
From someone who has been stuck in a weight loss plateau for almost 6 months!!!! I don’t usually leave reviews but I am genuinely blown away for how well this worked for me. I lost 16 pounds in the 2 weeks and my appetite reduced a lot too. I’m finally at my goal weight and I feel soooo happy 🥰🤩 Doing this detox was the best decision I made.
So far I'm on day 5 of the smoothie detox I am doing the version where I can have a light dinner because I just recently had foot surgery and just to keep a little more nutrients but because of my foot surgery I wanted to try something that could help me cleanse and help me drop weight if I drop any weight My main thing was to cleanse because without moving my body for so long I started to feel so bloated very constipated. But let me tell you that just the first 3 days of doing this smoothie detox I feel great. I haven't weighed myself I don't plan on doing it until after at least the first week but I highly recommend this It's tasty it's easy everything is given to you grocery list how to make things snacks are great they're filling. I give this a 5 out of five as of now

I was worried i would feel hungry during this week of detox, turns out i wasn't hungey at all and even felt energized!
I did week one so far & it was great. my hunger subsided after day 3-4 and it got to a point where I wasn’t even drinking the 3 servings a day because i just wasn’t hungry after 2 servings and 1 or 2 detox snacks. I lost 4 lbs during week 1 which isn’t as much as expected but good enough for me considering i was struggling to lose any weight before. 4 lbs a week will also get me to my goal weight by my goal time. Im going to continue after the holiday and try the soup detox and see how that goes.
I tried the 7 day detox and lost 5lbs!! I’m 4’10 and was 105lbs I wanted to do the detox to cleanse my body and bloating. It has now been two weeks since I did the detox and I am now 100lbs and feel way better. I completely cut out junk food, fast food, soda, candy, bread and have been clean eating.
