All soup recipes are vegan friendly, and the plan includes vegan and vegetarian snack and meal options for those who prefer not to eat meat.

If you don’t have a blender, an immersion blender or even a potato masher can work instead. You can also leave the soups unblended for a chunkier, more rustic texture, which many people enjoy.

No. This detox is not designed to have a laxative effect. The ingredients are simply whole foods blended into smoothies, not harsh cleansing products. You’ll likely be more hydrated than usual, which may mean an extra trip to the bathroom here and there, but nothing that should cause an emergency dash during a meeting.
